Together as Adoptive Parents, Inc (TAP) is a grassroots organization that serves adoptive, foster, PLC, and kinship families in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
We believe that the adoption, foster, PLC, or kinship road should never be walked alone and that no family or child should have to figure out where to find support and help. We offer families encouragement and hope. We help to reduce the feelings of isolation and self-doubt.
TAP is family focused. We provided trainings, parent group meetings and social activities throughout the year. We also believe that as one voice we can ensure that all adoptive, foster, permanent legal custodianship and kinship families receive the highest quality of support and services.
